An article about improvised TV shows appeared in Time magazine (read it here), and mentioned Home Movies! To quote the article: One of the funniest sitcoms anywhere on television is Cartoon Network's Home Movies, about elementary-school-age amateur moviemakers, in which the voice actors improvise the dialogue and then the animation is done to match. This is the same magazine that called Sleater-Kinney the last great rock band of the twentieth century.
